The Rooftop Development at St George's Hotel has been shortlisted in three categories!

With eight categories, the awards are the premier property and construction awards in the country. The RICS Awards recognise the most innovative projects in the region and their impact on local communities.
The Rooftop Development
The Rooftops Project comprises an innovative, sea frontage, additional storey extension to Llandudno’s earliest built Grade II listed St George’s Hotel and has met with considerable local support and praise.
Five luxury bedroom suites have been created, each opening out onto a balcony with spectacular coastal views whilst the development has harmonised seamlessly into the day to day operation of the Hotel.
The premium nature of the Rooftop rooms has stimulated local competition and has attracted both national and overseas markets.
The ceremony will take place at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Cardiff. Enjoy a networking reception followed by a three course dinner at this prestigious venue. This years’ event will be hosted by Lucy Owen, News Broadcaster.
