All staff at the hotel, especially our Housekeeping Dream Clean Team will work to a range of new and stringent cleanliness standards designed to ensure maximum hygiene and infection prevention.
We always focus on all our public spaces and high-traffic areas, focusing on key areas such as light switches, door handles and countertops. Dedicated staff are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency and the recommended cleaning agents.
We have a range of hand sanitisation stations throughout the hotel and we actively encourage all guests and staff to make use of them as often as possible.
In guest rooms, we have elevated our rigorous cleanliness standards to hygienically sanitise all surfaces with high-grade disinfectants, we will also be placing disinfecting wipes in each room for your use as well as a number of other standards designed to keep you safe.
We advise guests to use contactless payments whenever possible, larger transactions can be made with a credit card terminal that is disinfected after every use.
