Terms and Conditions

  • All bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no longer than 10 days pending receipt of a non-refundable non-transferable deposit of £10 per guest.
  • Full pre-payment is required by 4 weeks prior to the event date. For bookings less than 4 weeks prior full pre-payment will be required upon confirmation.
  • Any amendments to a booking must be requested via email to your Events Co-ordinator
  • Minor amendments can be made up to 7 days prior thereafter any amendments cannot be guaranteed
  • We advise guests to insure against cancellation, more information can be provided on request
  • If guests do cancel, we cannot provide their food as a takeaway
  • No credit vouchers, refunds or transfers will be given for any deposits or payments made
  • We do not accept individual deposits, payments or food pre-orders, these must be submitted in one payment / pre order by the party organiser only to avoid any confusion
  • All prices quoted include VAT at the standard rate
  • Prices may be subject to alteration without prior notice
  • If after confirming your booking you would like to increase your guest numbers you can do so, subject to availability
  • The minimum age requirement to attend our ticketed party nights is 18 years of age
  • Menu pre-orders where required must be submitted by 4 weeks prior, after this time the venue may select choices for any unconfirmed
  • Please notify of us of any special dietary requirements or allergen requirements when completing your menu pre-order form
  • In the event of a function having to be cancelled by the hotel an alternative date will be offered
  • The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate events to ensure appropriate guest numbers
  • We reserve the right to change or cancel advertised entertainment due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Any additional service or services must be paid for on the night, no credit facilities will be offered
  • All times shown are subject to approval by local licencing authorities
  • Large groups of 12 plus guests may be seated on multiple tables
  • Shared party tables may apply to groups of less than 12 guests
  • The management of the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel. In addition the hotel reserves the right to charge the organiser, company or individual for any damages caused by unreasonable behaviour
  • Where special requests are made the hotel will endeavour to accommodate them, however this cannot be guaranteed
  • A smart / casual dress code is advisable at all events unless otherwise stated
