Commitment to maintaining our High Standards

To ensure a comfortable stay for humans with their canine companions and those without we have put a pet policy in place.

At a glance:

• Well behaved dogs are allowed to join you in designated dog friendly rooms from November 1st - March 31st when the beaches is Llandudno allow dogs.
• Your four – legged friend must be on a tight lead when in the hotel foyer and all public areas.
• We ask that you don’t leave dogs unattended in bedrooms without letting the reception team know, we will provide you with a door sign to advise members of staff that the dog has been left in the room if you do leave without them. You will find this door sign on the back of your bedroom door.
• Owners are asked to take full responsibility for their pet’s behaviour throughout their stay. If not, you may be charged for any damage/disturbance caused. We ask that they are well-behaved throughout your stay. Owners are asked to control any noise made by their dog to ensure it does not disturb other guests.
• Dogs are not permitted in the Wedgwood suite or the Terrace Restaurant. We welcome dogs in the Lounge and bar area and can reserve tables there if you wish for your dog to dine with you.
