Service Charge
Hotel Residents
A discretionary 3% service charge will be added to your final bill.
For your peace of mind, every penny goes towards the team who have been looking after you, there is no admin fee or ‘big boss’ deductions.
If you prefer not to tip, just tell us and we’ll take it off with no awkwardness.
Food & Drink Service
When dining in the Terrace Lounge & Bar or Terrace Restaurant a discretionary 10% service charge will be added to your final bill.
If you are a resident of the hotel and charge the bill to your bedroom account the service charge will be 3%.
Weddings, Functions & Events
A discretionary service charge of Ā£1 per person will be added to your final bill.
