Now we're back open we want to share our commitment to ensuring the safety of all our guests and staff providing you with a safe environment that is aligned with expert protocols for working to defeat COVID-19.
All staff at the hotel, especially our Housekeeping Dream Clean Team will work to a range of new and stringent cleanliness standards designed ensure maximum hygiene and infection prevention.
We are going above and beyond our normal cleaning protocols across all our public spaces and high-traffic areas, focusing on key areas such as light switches, door handles and counter tops. Dedicated staff are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency and the recommended cleaning agents.
We have a range of hand santitisation stations throughout the hotel and we actively encourage all guests and staff to make use of them as often as possible.
Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing throughout the hotel. We will be adding screens at check-in to provide an extra level of precaution as well as creating a number of one-way walkways to maintain social distancing.
In guest rooms, we have elevated our rigorous cleanliness standards to hygienically sanitise all surfaces with high-grade disinfectants, we will also be placing disinfecting wipes in each room for your use as well as a number of other standards designed to keep you safe.
We advise guests to use contactless payments whenever possible, larger transactions can be made with a credit card terminal that is disinfected after every use.
We are trying to do everything that we possibly can to make St George’s Hotel one of the safest places to visit.
